Free Printable Bookmarks: The Little Prince Edition

I was watching the new animated movie of The Little Prince and it was so adorable that it inspired me to share with you this new set of free printable bookmarks.

If you haven’t seen that movie, I’ll leave here the trailer because it’s amazing and you should watch it:

To be super honest, I illustrated these last year to commemorate Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. I organized a Massive Reading in my previous job, which is an event that invites people to collectively read a book in a public forum. Each guest reads a passage in a podium and pass the microphone to the other readers until they finish the book. The bookmarks were a gift for all the participants.

Each bookmark illustrate one of my favourite passages in the book and has a quote that accompanies it.

I don’t like the character of the rose that much, but I like what it symbolizes. Therefore, I had to include it in the lot.

Also, I’ve always found the birds scene where the Little Prince leaves his planet to be astonishingly beautiful. Who wouldn’t want to fly in a flock and escape from your present world to go and explore new places?

And finally, I couldn’t finish this set without including the fox, which is my favourite character in the entire book. I just find it amazing the way he bonds with the Little Prince and how they have to part from each other (spoilers?). Also, I love foxes, so there’s that.

If you like them, feel free to download them in here. You just have to print them in an A4 sized paper. Don’t forget to comment and spread the love by sharing!

I guess I’ll see you on the road.

Love,

  1. No hay nadie en este mundo, que este mas orgullosa de ti , que yo, te amo, te extrano, y deseo que se cumplan todos tus suenos, trabajas arduo por ello y se que estas bien, feliz de leerte como siempre, love you forever

  2. I love these but I would love them in English. I am teaching this wonderful book next semester for middle schoolers and they are not taking French or are enrolled in a French class. Many of the students I serve are minorities primarily Hispanic, so it would be great if I could find these in English.
